Located in downtown Mountain View, the four-story office building was designed with two goals in mind: to create a premium office building and to be a leader of sustainability in the region. The project earned LEED Gold with smart enhancements including a green roof, high performance glazing, energy saving systems, a number of innovations for better work spaces, and other leading edge green design elements.

After completion, the green roof was immediately the talk of the town, including in The Registry.
